new look online customers beware

if you shop online and take parcels anywhere other than a new look store do not trust them to refund the full amount that you are owed i have just spent two days going through all the emails and the online history of the orders i have made to find that on quite a few orders i have only had a refund on certain items even if they are on the same invoice and have had to ring up, even then i am still waiting for a refund from a couple of months ago when they said it would be in my account in five working days also i thought a parcel i returned had gone missing as there was no email to say it had been returned or refund only to find out that they had recieved it back in june, i am owed nearly £100 so please be careful always keep emails and check online history thanks

Grr I'll never use New Look again, I had the same problem. I was told two days after ordering that I couldn't cancel the order under distance selling regs, she said I could get a full refund in store, and when I came to return it instore I was told they couldn't refund me there and then!

I had to post some of it back myself at my cost!

I'm having the exact same problem right now!

I sent £22.99 worth of stuff back last week, had an email to say they'd received it and were processing my refund. I've had the princely sum of £4.99 Hmm

I've never had this problem before though.
