if you shop online and take parcels anywhere other than a new look store do not trust them to refund the full amount that you are owed i have just spent two days going through all the emails and the online history of the orders i have made to find that on quite a few orders i have only had a refund on certain items even if they are on the same invoice and have had to ring up, even then i am still waiting for a refund from a couple of months ago when they said it would be in my account in five working days also i thought a parcel i returned had gone missing as there was no email to say it had been returned or refund only to find out that they had recieved it back in june, i am owed nearly £100 so please be careful always keep emails and check online history thanks
