My sister says she looked out of her upstairs window during the night and saw a man holding his mobile and he was either filming or scanning the houses in the street. I would think maybe she is over reacting but someone else we know says a man (same person?) drove into her driveway (in a gold/beige landrover) and did the same. Her husband went out and the guy drove off. This time it happened during the day. Any suggestions about what he could have been doing? NB Both homes have dogs and there's been a lot in the area stolen lately.

If you see them again could you photograph/ film them?

Sounds like someone doing a quick valuation survey or someone from the council double checking location/details of a planning application to me.

Could he be using something like the zoopla app?
