"d"h who I do love so very much drives me fucking nuts...By now those who have seen my rants posts will have cottoned on to my work home ratio. I have got home after only a few days away and found the bin in the bathroom full.

How many sodding times do I have to ask 'please put a bag in the bin before you use it' because it's me that has to wash the bin out! it's full, so full he couldn't get the lid on (it's quite a small bin granted) so wibu to empty the contents into his side of the bed?? I am so sick of cleaning up after him because he's a messy bastard and I am a clean freak.

I need wine...

No, don't do it because you'll be the one who ends up changing the bedding too!

I would just leave it and then if he still doesn't empty in the next day or so just ask him how long he is intending to leave it for!

It's bed change day tomorrow which I do whilst I am home anyway so I don't care if he has 1 night in his own mess!

Presumably, you share a bed, so the manky bin contents would then be in your bed, even if they are on his side it's still in your bed and who will end up changing the bed sheets? So yes, yabu to do this, but Yanbu to expect him to pull his weight with household tasks like emptying bins.

Better still pour it into his underwear drawer!

Disgusting man.

I couldn't live with that. The idea of touching bathroom waste fills me with dread.

hide the bin?
