I have 3 dc so hair appointments are tricky. Today i made a big effort to sort out childcare so i could get a cut and colour. Did dh mention it. No. Did my friends. No?
I know its self idulgant but i just want someone to tell me i look nice.

I know the feeling! Actually I always try to make a point of commenting when women friends have their hair cut or coloured, for exactly that reason. So just know that you're not alone and don't be sad. I bet you look great :)

I told my husband that I was going to get my hair cut and coloured the other day and as he left for work he said I will try to remember to to tell you it looks nice but you know what I'm like !

I cut my nearly waist length hair to just below my shoulders a few months ago and not one person said anything about it! How could you not notice?!
