It's normal. Your hair would have become thicker during your pregnancy so it's just the hair that should have fallen out anyway. They won't think that you're a mutant freak.

They'll be well used to it. Remember they'll have dealt with people with nits and questionable hygiene so some fally out hair won't even register.
