Advice needed - how do I use Mumsnet ?

The box at the side of the screen on the right, saying Discussions of the day, sometimes there are another ten or so topics on there, when I go to click something of interest it disappears. How to I make it show the whole list of discussions of the day ?

I must be doing something wrong. Or not doing something to make the list show ?

Last week. A few MNers have been petitioning for for ages; Tech did it as a leaving present for HelenMumsnet, who left MNHQ last week

You don't need the pom bit, just [ bear ] without the spaces =
