To ebay the kids?!

It's week 6 trillion of the summer holidays. The end isn't in sight. Can I ebay them?!

DD1 is upstairs in her room on the computer after being cranky all last night following her return home from a sleepover weekend at a friends. She's overtired I suspect she was hungover yesterday and grouchy and has yelled at everyone. I don't think she's touched any school work all holiday.

DD2 is at a ballet summer school and will come home tired and cranky with more washing.

DD3 is in town with a friend after cleaning me out of all cash in my purse and moaning that I never give her any money. She's informed me that this has been a boring holiday despite a holiday abroad, her ballet summer school, numerous gymnastics camps and a stream of sleepovers and friends over.

DD4 has just spilt orange nail varnish on her cream carpet.

I still have to do the back to school shop for shoes, bits of uniform, stationary..

Buyer to collect?!

Great idea- but I won't be buying!!

Gruntfuttock · 13/08/2013 12:37

You haven't made them sound very appealing to a prospective buyer.

LittleprincessinGOLDrocks · 13/08/2013 12:39

Sorry I'm too busy listing mine on ebay to buy yours!

vestandknickers · 13/08/2013 12:44

Make sure you start the bidding low and don't accept returns! Good luck.

I'm selling the cat (with optional mouse heads that he keeps hiding behind the washing machine).

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 13/08/2013 12:45

BOGOF?

Nospringchickendipper · 13/08/2013 14:41

What about putting them on Freecycle.

You could exchange them for something else.Smile

Flobbadobs · 13/08/2013 16:09

It's illegal. Try free cycle or Gumtree... Grin

I do believe because mine are currently on ebay for that amount that you can now start auctions at 1p!

I would also offer to deliver within a 150 mile radius

I've planned the advert:

For sale, child aged 13, adept at arguing, texting and being sarcastic, a must have accessory for your home. When you take home DD2 you won't know how you ever survived without a snappy, hormonal teenager in your home!

Any takers?

And Buy Two Get One Free! If you get the essential DD1 and 2 models, you get a free 5yo boy thrown in, a whole new level of stick loving, dog poo sniffing and willy song singing to complete your home.
