My mum sadly lost her fight to cancer in May. I am told she left a will but do not know the contents of that will. Neither me nor my sister are executors to the will. I know once probate is granted I can obtain a copy of the will. My main worry is that at the time of my mums death I was still legally married to my ex husband, though was in the process of divorcing him, and this was finalised in July, a long 16 months after starting proceedings. It was not an amicable divorce and I was wondering if I now do inherit can he make a claim to anything I do get?
