Have found it bamboozling - but have only just noticed Blush that the twisty things are sand egg-timers, and that is why it is important to twist them. Dod!

YANBU I watched it (more listening than actual watching) for 2 weeks and had no clue how it was played.

You get assigned a random order and answer questions. If it's a question you know you "stick" with it or if you don't know it then you "twist" it to a person of your choice. If they get it wrong, you get to go again, if they get it right, it's their turn to answer questions. This is done with the aim of being the person to light up the 6th twister.

When you have, you answer questions yourself in 60 seconds. If you get it right, you choose a twister to turn over so the sand keeps running (they all run at different speeds). The aim is to keep the all running as they are all worth money. After 60 seconds, the wealth the ones you have kept running are revealed and is put in your bank.

If the 4 contestants reveal the wealth of all 8 twisters, the wealth is doubled.

Whoever has the most money in their bank goes on to play the final twist. Their money is hidden behind a twister. They have to answer questions and keep them all spinning, the more they keep going, the more chance they have to find their money again at the end of the round.

It's a shite game. Any questions? Smile

yeah, whens the chase back? this is utter tripe

spotscotch · 07/08/2013 21:48

Me and my mum were talking about this yesterday and how utterly shit it is. It's really complicated and hard to follow, if I actually went on it I wouldn't have a clue what I was doing. It reminds me of that episode in Friends were Joey auditions to be a game show host on a really complicated quiz show!

The best quiz shows' s brilliance are in their simplicity.

Plus I cannot abide that twat Julia Bradbury.

You mean "Let's play bamboozled" spotscotch Grin

I liked tipping point myself!

Splitheadgirl · 07/08/2013 22:08

I hated it at first but now I quite like it as I have the gist of it. It's fun and colourful and is an easy entertainment to have on in the bakground.
