Ha bit trivial for aibu but I think a timed 10 minute bounce on our new trampoline constitutes aerobic exercise and as I don't have time to do anything else, have no where to run unless I drive and park somewhere else (and be away for too long) it is better than the big fat (me) nothing I have been doing since DS2 was born 8 months ago.
Anyone know if its a good worthwhile exercise please? TIA
