to think bouncing on the trampoline will do me good?

Ha bit trivial for aibu but I think a timed 10 minute bounce on our new trampoline constitutes aerobic exercise and as I don't have time to do anything else, have no where to run unless I drive and park somewhere else (and be away for too long) it is better than the big fat (me) nothing I have been doing since DS2 was born 8 months ago.
Anyone know if its a good worthwhile exercise please? TIA Grin Grin

It's brilliant exercise and fun too but beware of extra bits that keep moving once you've stopped bouncing Sad Blush

Trampolining is excellent exercise.

Are your pelvic floor muscles back to their pre baby firmness, a bounce on a trampoline will test them to the limit..
