I ordered products from Ikea last saturday and afterwards realised the drawers will be too big for the space!! (my stupidity
) So i called them on tuesday and was told i couldnt cancel the item but can ring on satruday to have the item i want delivered and the current item taken at the same time. NO mention of delivery charges, made to sound simplistic.
The next day i received a call about a query and was told i could change the item and would be called back. No call back as of yet, so i called them myself. I was told that whatever way i do it now, I will incur an additional delivery charge.
Such a simple thing could have been sorted on Tuesday!
I now understand why Ikea is hated here
