To bleach my knees?!

I have these horrible dark patches on my knees - well, just below them, from a PFO (Pissed fell over) episode on New Years Eve 2011 before DD came along and made me a reformed character obviously

WIBU to put some watered down bleach on them to attempt to fade the marks as they are pretty awful? I know this is a silly idea but if I knew it worked, I'd probably give it a bash I'm that desperate.

I hate my legs anyway, so always go for at least knee length dresses but you can still see the patches. I have a lovely dress to wear on a hen weekend and it's ruined by my awful and weird looking knees, help!

Don't do it! Bleach will irritate and make the skin redder.
Can't think of another solution for you sorry!

Get some facial bleach from Boots NOT domestos!

My dad used to use jif (as it was then) on his hands.....

Put makeup on your knees/legs. Covers all sorts!

I used to try and bleach off the nicotine stains on my fingers (I know. Attractive wasn't I). All that happened was a red patch round the ever so slightly lighter nicotine stains which kind of highlighted and put a halo around them.

What about one of those creams that older people use to lighten age spots?

scarletforya · 24/07/2013 18:09

(I mean for the night out) Ordinary face make up, works a treat!

VulvaVoom · 24/07/2013 18:12

Thanks all. I have fade out cream as I get those brown marks on my face - that apparently women of 'child bearing' age can get Hmm I wish they'd F the F off too!

Could maybe slap some on the knees I guess, was hoping for a radical solution, but I'm guessing and probably already knew that bleach is not the answer Grin

May slap some foundation on too!

Sally Hansen does a thing called airbrush for legs which is like spray on make up in a can for legs.

I haven't used it but have seen it highly recommended on here - they say it looks like you're wearing tights when you're not.
