To think brand new nerver worn means

To actually be brand new and not worn. I am referring to EBay items that are described as this only to see some person wearing the said items in the listing. Clearly they have been worn and the photos prove this.

I think that's bit nitpicky if they have only worn the item to model it for the ebay listing and it still has the shop tags intact, I wouldn't class it as "worn" if it's only been on for seconds to take a photo of it.

Probably half the'brand new' items we buy in shops have been worn, tried in, or even bought, taken to someone's home, returned days or weeks later for a refund, and then sold again as brand new.

I think you are being nitpicky, if this is so important to you then you will need to bid on items that are not photographed being worn, AND email the seller for reassurance that they have not been.

I've rarely ever seen items being worn - I must be looking at the wrong stuff! I object when the "new without tags" item has food stains and bobbling and smells!
