Okay so I was very proud when ds started crawling at 6mths and standing/cruising at 7mths, so it serves me right, but he is driving me crazy. I barely manage to put my own bottom on the sofa before I need to jump up and save my electronics, ornaments, his big sister and furniture him from impending doom.

Nah it doesn't work. They just end up leaving the nappy behind.

YANBU..but is doesn't work. Unfortunately!

Both mine were similar, they both walked at 9 mths. Nightmare!!!

However dd is 7 now and really good at gymnastics, and ds is 18mths and bloody hard work [grin{

He is currently using the two pillows I strategically placed as a ladder to climb onto the TV unit.

worse when they are bright, like yours. not only mobile, but ingenious enough to access things you are sure are out of reach.

nextphase · 21/07/2013 17:54

I always fancied Velcro PJ's and sheets for my two!
Do you think there is a market for them then?? Everyone at Baby Groups just though how great it would be when their puddings started moving and they didn't have to carry them everywhere Hmm

PeazlyPops · 21/07/2013 17:58

It's hard work isn't it!

I tried lots of strategically placed cushions, but like yours, he just piled them up and climbed on them.

FreeButtonBee · 21/07/2013 17:58

Oh god, my DTs are practically crawling at 5.5months - and I am terrified of the next stage. How the helm I going to manage two tiny mobile babies?!

Xihha · 21/07/2013 18:13

He'd just take the nappy off, I'd go with sticking him to the sofa with duck tape instead Grin
