to serve this sauce

Have homemade tomati pasta sauce that I took out to defrost abiut 8pm last night - was going to leave it out and pop it in the fridge before I went to sleep to defrost safely but I forgot.

It was for mine and my ds' lunch at work/preschool today.

Aibu to use this sauce?

Should be ok if it's just have tomato without meat etc. The sauce should still feel cool/cold and as long as its warmed through there shouldn't be a problem in using it.

Yey :) no meat involved - felt cool to touch. Prechool will microwave it so will ask them to heat sauce separate to pasta to make sure it's done good and proper.
