Argh Public transport

Struggling to get off the train with baby in buggy today some people tried to get on at the same time and others offered helpful advice such as 'be careful' now I don't expect anyone to help but AIBU to think 'get out of the way'!!

YANBU it's so annoying when people try and barge their way on while people are still getting off, buggy or no buggy.

I have been known to announce loudly whilst trying to get off a train " if you all moved out of the way and let us get off, you'd find it SO much easier to get on..." And grin at the sheepish, red faced people all shuffling out of the way. Also, when laden with rucksack, two suitcases and a sleeping bag, I elbowed getting-onners out of the way, made a barricade with my suitcases, then helped lady with buggy off train (large step down, not that it matters). One of the getter-onners then tripped over my suitcase and muttered something about "bloody women" under his breath. I just smiled at the lady with buggy and explained I was going to the lift, as it seemed noone was going to be helpful, it's this way, if you don't know!

YANBU.

I hate the way everyone crams themselves around the doors, right in front of people trying to get off the train. Idiotic behaviour!

I was getting off the bus with the pushchair once and I girl jumped the queue of pensioners and hopped on the bus. She couldn't get past me so had nowhere to go and the pensioners were bollocking her for jumping the queue. I told her she'd have to get off and let me off, then followed her and blocked her with the pushchair til everyone else had got on. Justice was mine!
