to wish he was more supportive

I have 3 dc. 2 school aged and a baby. I work very part time doing party plan type work. ( body shop type of thing) Every year they have a Gala and conference. I always like to attend but didn't this year due to baby being ebf.
So I am really keen to go next year. Most of my colleagues partners take the day off work and look after their dc. I have never expected dh to do this as he worked for a company with a year end at that time so its ultra busy. As a result I have always had to arrange kids clubs and other childcare. (fair enough) However, this is not the case this year.
yet he still expects me to sort out childcare and is also moaning about the cost. (well it is coming out of my business account)
aibu to wish he was more supportive. After all I am only asking for one day of his annual leave. Bearing in mind I more or less do all of the childcare apart for that. (baby at least)

YANBU. He should support you full on. He also has 3 children, the youngest being a baby who needs a parent's care.
