Started training for my new job this week. Same (extremely male dominated) company, different role. Had to travel to another office to shadow to learn the process- full of people I barely know....anyway bought myself a nice new notepad to keep all my notes together...noticed this morning, having carried said notepad round with me all week including to meetings with directors that there was a tampon stuck in the spiral of the notepad 
must have picked it up from the debris at the bottom of my bag -god knows how long it has been there, hopefully not all week!
