I have to attend an even tomorrow and I want the top that I bought myself.

I've never understood wrapping any gifts that you already know about - unless there's something unexpected in it, what's the point? Especially when it's for yourself!!

I have opened it . It wasn't wrapped, just in the packaging it was delivered in so I dont feel so bad.
