To want karma to hurry up

and kick this woman where it hurts? 4 months worth and counting of her causing nothing but trouble. I nearly lost my house because of her. She has spread rumours about me, said horrible things to dd and to my friend about dd and myself. And all I've done is kept quiet and carried on. C'Mon karma! I'm waiting!

No such thing as karma. We all have ups and downs, it's completely random. If it wasn't all "good" people would only have good things happen to them and all "bad" people would get their comeuppances. Don't waste your energy waiting for something to happen to this person. Carry on as you are, don't waste any head space on her. If she carries on and you can prove it - FB or whatever - it's harassment.
