Gah, I sympathise. Mine was on Wednesday (though I had to do stuff anyway, then had a big nap). It's such a bloody waste of a day.

can't decide whether to go to the gym and power through or to give in and take the drugs that will render me unconscious for 3 days.

it's just threatening in my left eye at the mo. it might still bugger off on it's own. but if it doesn't it'll be a humdinger that needs the drugs now. but I won't know which until either it has gone away or burst.

Shopping has gone surprisingly well. Headache kept at bay with an aero krushem. And both Ds in surprisignly good moods.
