I think you shouldn't do anything, but

stop your daughter going over there to play

stop the other child coming to yours

either block or ignore her facebook updates

do nothing more unless you think your daughter is very upset, or if you think she is in actual harm.

This woman is clearly a bully, delete her and don't let your DD go to the house, why would you want your kids near her? Block her and tell her, if she asks, you have deleted your profile.
I have a woman that is spreading rumours about myself and DD, but, I just don't have anything to do with her, as everyone who truly knows us, knows its rubbish and I'll leave karma to kick her but for us!
Hold your head up high lady, don't let her get to you and explain to DD, she's just a bully and we must rise above it.

Her FB may be public, but you would have to look for her, surely?

I see no reason to delete the thread and I do not think Rose is a troll. She may be posting in her wonderfully whacky style to entertain us and tease us, or it might be just the way she speaks/writes - it's not always easy to do perfect punctuation etc on a phone. Either way, there is no goading, she means no harm, she's very funny and we want to keep her.

She is taking the jokes in good spirit, she doesn't seem upset, we are not upset with her, she is being offered some genuine advice, everyone is being entertained and everyone is happy. Including Rose it would seem.

Just take her off facebook. We had a very strange stalker/local mum making up strange things about her dds being bullied by mine. Most odd when taking into consideration that her dds have been the school bullies for years, to the extent that when I mentioned involving the police at school, they begged me to. In the end, we laughed, pointed and ignored, as did everybody else.
