Why wouldn't you? What are you supposed to do - carry him upstairs? He's not a baby!

lessonsintightropes · 22/06/2013 00:33

No, YANBU Wink he'll wake up when cold and uncomfortable and come to bed!

aldiwhore · 22/06/2013 00:34

YWBU to wake him and do yourself out of a lovely starfish sleep.

YANBU therefore to very quietly go to bed and enjoy the extra space knowing that his punishment for being 'such great company' is a sore wake up call in the morning. Smile

Enjoy your space.

No, YANBU he'll wake up when cold and uncomfortable and come to bed!

Then it will feel like a refrigerated corpse has climbed into bed with you as he tries to re-warm himself with the aid of your body heat.

Leave him there! Though actually I'd be pretty sad if someone left me to sleep on the floor all night. Though how did he fall asleep on the floor in the first place? I'm not sure I've ever done that Confused

HappyYoni · 22/06/2013 00:47

Watching with interest. Have one asleep on the sofa. Have left him there but it does feel wierd.

Tapirbackrider · 22/06/2013 00:48

YANBU - dh used to fall asleep in the strangest of places, and was a grumpy fucker if I managed to wake him.

I think the best one was when he (drunk of course) climbed up onto the kitchen worktop, stretched out and fell asleep using the hob as a pillow.

lessonsintightropes · 22/06/2013 00:50

Hahaha Goldmandra my DH has done this at least twice...!

BackforGood · 22/06/2013 00:51

See, I think you'd be better throwing a quilt over him, then he'll be less likely to wake at 3am and come and disturb you Wink

aldiwhore · 22/06/2013 01:06

True backforGood and if you do that you retain moral highground as well "I DID try to wake you sweety" [innocent smile]
