Ah, that explains things. Tree pollen is it? I'm on a great prescription antihistamine (fexofenadine for anyone who's interested) but I'm still a mess on the days that the trees decide to shag en masse. I've not been out today but there's probably still enough that's come through the windows for me to be sneezy and a bit itchy.

On the up side my ds suffers dreadfully and has switched from expensive own brands to asdas own and has had same relief.

I never buy brands any more - 99p cetirizine from boots is exactly the same, just without the pretty packet. Though what has really sorted me out has been fluticasone nasal spray on prescription. Fabulous stuff!
