Coming home from hospital with newborn ds today and 4yo dd has a nasty cough.
Iv got it so I Supose he's already been exposed but was worried about dd coughing all over him.
Should I keep them apart? I don't want to make dd feel pushed out.

I don't think it's necessary to keep them apart but tell dd not to cough too near the baby or kiss him on the mouth. Bit of anti bac hand stuff on dd's hands now & again too (do both of you together) I'm sure she won't feel pushed out once you explain that it's easy for bugs & germs to spread & you don't want baby to be poorly do you! Yeah she's had the no kissing on the mouth hands or nose chat anyway :) hopefully he won't catch it because he's breastfeeding. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.
Iv got it too and I obv can't stay away lol. Sods law I suppose... There's always something to worry about x
