He's gone out, and has removed all conoles, ipods, laptops INCLUDING MINE to his mother's house to stop DS1 from getting distracted from revision.
Except... his mother is on holiday and I can't get MY LAPTOP

He's not banned, but DH knew he'd be gaming instead of revising if they were left here whilst DH was out.

To be honest, I disagree with the whole removing things from a teenager during revision time. If your son wants to get distracted and not revise, its his education to waste.

Unless you pay for private school, of course.
