I woke up late this morning. I phoned school
about to give lame excuse for our lateness.

Answer machine came on, i blurted out ?Oh, yeah, it's half term, thank fuck!?.

I was still sleepy.

I didn't take DS to his respite daycare as i was convonced it was closed. It wasn't.

HA ! I agree !!!!!!!!!!!!! I detest the whole school run, really really hate it. i have a double because my pre schoolers finish at 13.00. I love half term. The only way I can cope with it is by planning and saving for a really nice car, just to help numb the pain.

Yeah, DS and I have had a lovely weekend. He has been.really enjoying ly company. It has been a long time he spent so.long snuggled up watching tv. He is funny too.

Guess i thought it was too good to be trie and it was svhool.

Wietd lfe being carer/solesource of absolutely everything.

I'm enjoying it for once. I never used to but now that I'm working I treasure the school holidays because the days I have off are full days spent with dd. Grin
