They are amazingly annoying at the best of times, but that one where she is soaking socks really winds me up.

Did I take a wrong turn and end up in 1978? Is that really how we are seen? Caring about how white our whites are?

Funny how there isnt a single man on those ads discussing how to get baby food stains out of bibs.

Completely agree, moreover, what kind of saddo actually goes on their website to offer stain removing tips?

LittleNutTree · 26/05/2013 18:45

And the 'tips' all involve just using Vanish in different ways! Amazingly! Hmm

"Men - shave and get drunk. Because you're already brilliant"

I love M&W but hadn't seen that one Grin

I've just seen the Tip Exchange advert for the umpteenth time and felt I should revive this thread. As LittleNutTree said..its just using vanish in different ways...all you do with vanish is add water and soak your stain a bit. I don't need a tip exchange to tell me how to rub a bit of powder and water together Hmm

I might even see past the crap advert if vanish actually got rid of any stains I use Ariel stain remover instead

OverTheFieldsAndFarAway · 01/08/2013 16:57

The one with the socks really pisses me off....all that vanish for one pair of socks...it would be cheaper to buy new socks plus if her floors were clean the socks wouldn't get that manky. It pales into insignificance when compared to the advert where the little lad shouts " DAD,....SAUCE" I so want to slap that child and I'm usually quite pleasant around others children.

I feel quite sure that socks are unhealthy and the cause of so many of society's problems at the moment.

Hear, hear DidoTheDodo. I second that sentiment. Grin
