Neighbors keep dumping things outside our house advice needed please

A scooter has been left on the grass outside my house, I know who it belongs to , and putting it back will result it ending on my front garden.

So I am going to take it to the dump as we are moving in a few weeks, and they are doing it to try and wind me up.

After years of abuse,assault they are trying there normal tricks in trying to engage in us biting back, for example this morning shouting loudly outside our house at 8am, what would you do?.

Everyone says just ignore them.

Tie ribbons and balloons to the scooter to show you fully acknowledge it's there. And then leave it. They are trying to get a reaction from you.

I wouldn't take it to the dump as they could report you for theft.

Just ignore it. That will annoy them more than anything.
