The roof is leaking...again. Turns out the problem is on the neighbours side (several visits from roofers, and one who actually knew what he was doing, have determined this)
DP has offered to pay but neighbour said he would fix it. Well, he did last time. DP has just been round and has said that the neighbours house is a mess and leaking everywhere. His poor wife got shouted at every time she spoke. Including telling the truth that it was leaking badly upstairs.

No roofer has ever been allowed entry. This makes no sense when DP has offered to pay, FFS. I went round with DP and was told to "get back to my place".

So AIBU to wonder what the fuck the mysogynistic old twat of a neighbour has in the loft???

Get a letter from a lawyer. If their leaks are causing damage on your side, you could sue them. Also get some listening equipment and check for people up there.
