YANBU. I think it's absolutely disgusting how their family have been treated, as if it's not traumatic enough to lose a child the way they did. I do believe if they had been a nice middle-class family, the family wouldn't have gotten half as much crap as they have.

Actually the programme made the point that if we blame them for not knowing it's because in their shoes we think we would know. That actually makes a lot of sense and helps me feel less cross with the people I've heard say rotten stuff the last week or two
