I left orange purely because their customer service was shite!

Try the t mobile number, answered within seconds last week after being on hold for over half an hour. Gets you through to ee just as the orange number would.

Or call their sales line and asked to be transferred to a person. Sales dept answer quick enough IME.

They answered within seconds when I called at 9:02 this morning - don't know if that helps!!!

You call when people are on the school run if you can. You get through straight away. Evenings are crap because people who have been at work all day are ringing.
