I am meant to be going to a friend this eve for wine and chat.
DH has strolled in pissed.

DD asleep but should I leave him?

She is very unlikely to wake up but still feel uneasy?

God no!

rubyslippers · 10/05/2013 19:46

how pissed is pissed?

unlikely to hear her if she cries? too pissed to be alert enough to look after her at all?

hiddenhome · 10/05/2013 19:58

Your dh might fall over and knock himself out or choke on his own vomit. How would a four year old cope with that?

Pobblewhohasnotoes · 10/05/2013 20:04

No. But I'd be pissed at DH.

I ended up getting DH friend and our neighbour to babysit for a few hours.

DH wasn't bad bad, but bad enough to prompt me tk start a thread canvassing opinion so I decided that my instinct was right.

DH and his bud watches football DH fell asleep our friend/ neighbour was fine and kept eye til I got home having been to mu friends for a couple of hours for a glass of vino (1) and chit chat.

All fine but pisses me off he knew I wanted to pop out and clearly had no respect for the position he put me in.

But all is well that ends well, thanks MN

I thought this thread was about some diplomatic incident! Togo's been chucked out of the UN or something like that!!

chateauferret · 11/05/2013 17:56

I thought it was about the African Cup of Nations.
