to think this behaviour is out of order?

I went over to my friends house yesterday, I'd asked her if I could borrow something so I was literally only going to be 5 minutes at hers.

When I got there her and her partner had just pulled up into their driveway after going food shopping. I smiled and said hi, she said hi back and he just scowled at me.

He then told her off for slamming the car door, she said she didn't and then he called her a twat and marched into the house.

I'd obviously walked in during the middle of a row.

aibu to think this is just out of order for many reasons.

I have argued with my (ex)husband before and then someone has come over. I've never continued the argument in front of them, for the reason that it would make them uncomfortable and it would be belittling my partner in front of them.

Also calling your partner a twat in front of her friend?

Please tell me I'm not being unreasonable to think that actually the only twat here is him.
