Mind you...the costs! I couldn't AFFORD to go up it, so tbh, I don't care much about evil people inside it (or people who are essentially wifi thieves getting zapped).

Torchwood were in Cardiff Bay. Any move from there was a terrrible downgrade :)

They moved to Cardiff after Canary Warf was over run by cybermen.

It's OK. Unit went in and sorted The Shard. It will now be the safest place in London.

I still don't trust it.
