Ive alredy made the stock - boiled the bone yesterday with the meat on, could i just bung everything in with a knorr stock jelly thing and hope for the best?

Should be ok, just use a small bit of water :)

I always do this with chicken leftovers, pour the stock in and chuck a load of carrot, swede, leek, onion, mushroom, plus half a cup of pearl barley and leave it all day, it's fab with a bit of crusty bread :)
