To panic about a faulty washing machine that I bought from comet?

Bought a washing machine from comet 11 months ago, its now faulty and I am worrying as I know they went into administration and I moved house since lost all paperwork including receipt, I paid for it by debit card. So frustrated that its within warranty but can find the receipt.

can you contact the manufacturer direct and ask them? Did you fill in and send off the warranty form?

no we didn't send that off, moved house soon after and everything went crazy, kicking myself now.
