To think the Injury Lawyer For You ad is hilarious?

Just been on telly, the one where they are walking down stairs and she suddenly falls over. Just so random and I keep thanking ha, fucking ha - lawyer ambulance chasing scum (ok , know they are actors). Also, how was it not her fault, she should learn to walk in her mahooosive high heels or wear sensible shoes like the blokes who never keeled over. Ok, know this all a bit OTT, but these ads just rile me up for some reason.

YANBU. Also Andrew Castle and his 'when sorry isn't enough' cobblers. Angry

SkinnybitchWannabe · 22/03/2013 11:30

YANBU. I hate those adverts.
I wonder who she sued?!

bedmonster · 22/03/2013 11:31

Grin YABNU!

bedmonster · 22/03/2013 11:31

Oops! I meant YANBU - I thought it looked odd!

I love the bit where the serious, yet delicate, lady lawyer stacks it and the manly, chivalrous gentlemen lawyers rush to her aid. It's so incredibly awful. Also, the other one where they all stand in a line at the end and say their catchphrase. I always think they should be in superhero costumes.

Bedmonster - thought you were just channeling yourself some Yoda!

I want to know what sort of person chooses a profession firm who uses "4U" in their name. It really doesn't scream "professionalism" at me.

bedmonster · 22/03/2013 11:36

Begonia Grin

I think I prefer it - it sounds really posh!

AllTheWittyNamesAreGone · 22/03/2013 11:54

I like the one with the bloke who used the wrong type of ladder.

Fakebook · 22/03/2013 12:01

There used to be one with a woman getting her feet tangled in plastic ribbons used for tying up boxes. That one used to have me in a fit of giggles. Her poor knees :(.

Just saw an ad for Godloves Solicitors Grin

ToupOfRegDwight · 22/03/2013 12:16

Do you remember the one where the woman who claimed had a fringe about 1cm long? Did she sue her hairdresser?

Beechview · 22/03/2013 12:34

Yanbu!

Its the way he says 'One down!' like a twat when she falls. Who says that?
You would just say 'are you ok?' wouldn't you?

Is that one where the actress falls over on again? I've always wondered whether it was deliberate or a happy accident they left in because they were too tight-fisted to re-shoot.

I like the Andrew Castle one for the way they casually have someone slicing off his thumb in a lathe with the soundtrack going: 'Ow! Ow! Ow!'

I'm the kind of person who sends emails telling people off for dropping those plastic ribbons on the floor. I tripped over one once. I wasn't hurt but it was bloody embarrassing.

BegoniaBampot · 22/03/2013 13:52

Why did they ever think it would b a good idea to have the dodgy copper from The Bill saying 'we're here for you' - get on, we know your a dodgy copper.
