ive made so many attempts in the last two days to get through to employment and support on this number it was on the top of a letter from them i thought it was for real obviously its just a scam even tried when they claim they arent busy so thats what prob 30 pounds at least they have had from someone whos not much money left WHY DOES NO ONE ACTUALLY WORK THERE no im not eligible for esa just wish i was i could do with some support not forever just long enough to i dunno help me find a job again i guess i really dont think it should be called employment and support because it isnt is it i really needed support and im sure lots of others have and look what u get a posh woman on the phone and the promise of an answer that never comes and the same awful tune id rather get a simple answer telling u how long u have to wait like u are lucky the waiting time at present is 20 minutes at least u would have hope
