Monster breakfast!

I am rubbish at waking up, really really bad. Mornings are hideous and even though I don't go to bed late I have to drag myself around every morning. I am a total zombie.I also hate hot drinks. Therefore WIBU to swig a can of the dreadful chemical laced cocktail that is monster zero in the morning to get me going. I did it for the first time yesterday and had a fab morning, achieved loads and had a fab afternoon too. I ate healthy food all day and ate a decent breakfast too as I do every day, but the monster really made a difference. This morning I feel like a zombie again.
Should I go for it and have another can to get me going while I get DD ready for pre school?

Lol erm I probably would if I got a good day out it plus your eating healthier however you may end up needing 2 or 3 after a while??? Not healthy but sod it . . Go for it

i do it. i know it's really unhealthy but it's the difference between a good morning and a bad one. i would rather be happy than irritable all day.

I don't suppose it's any worse than the super strength intravenous coffee I'm administered with every morning.

every morning i had a cheap ass version of diet red bull. i hate coffee would drink maybe 2 cups of tea in the evening otherwise its water all day in work (never drink other fizzy drinks). i think its the same as having the buckets of coffee i see others drinking all day long in work.

It's effects will wear out over time if you drink it too much and I don't have to tell you how unhealthy it is. Try herbal ginseng and co enzyme Q tablets every morning instead.
