Where the girl points at increasingly expensive things, and the stupid dad buys them for her. I loathe it with a passion, and I want to slap the dad silly for spoiling his child so badly. And why does such an entitled brat deserve to have her poor dad shell out for her deposit?

It makes me want to scream expletives at the tv.

I hate it more. I hate it so much.

I hate her picking out everything in pink. Yeah, because we all want pink shit.

I hate everything about the ad.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 08/03/2013 16:28

Is there one featuring a son pointing at blue things?

NinaHeart · 08/03/2013 16:58

Agree Agree Agree.

Angry

omg

DontmindifIdo · 08/03/2013 16:58

I hate it, she needs a slap. Of course, so does he. how is this going to sell a product too? Who would want to be that mug dad? Even if you are, very few people want to admit they spoil their DCs.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 08/03/2013 17:02

Cross post, sparklingbrook!

wonkylegs · 08/03/2013 17:02

Ok we won't be getting one of those then

ErrorError · 08/03/2013 17:15

Annoying. I noticed her DS at the end pointed to wanting a pink truck though. Don't know if there's any significance in that.

tackytiger · 08/03/2013 18:03

But. The dad is a fitty. Particularly with the moustache. Just me?!

Tallgiraffe · 08/03/2013 18:14

YANBU it makes me shudder every time! Everything about it is loathsome right down to the skippy wavy thing at the end Angry

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 08/03/2013 18:15

He may be fit, but he has no Moral Fibre, IMO, tackytiger.

TomArchersSausage · 08/03/2013 18:19

Yes it makes me wail at the tv too. What a doormat dad he isHmm

LetUsPrey · 08/03/2013 18:24

Does she point at stuff she wants whilst saying "Uh, gimme" like the supremely annoying woman at the end of the Lenor (I think) ad?

pluCaChange · 08/03/2013 18:48

Yeah, her father sets her up to get some sort of comeuppance with her own child, while he fucks off smugly. Such an antagonistic view of a bond and relationship which ought to be based on love, not power and consequent dread!

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 08/03/2013 18:51

I bloody loathe that gimme woman in the Lenor ad, LetUsPrey. Grown women doing the ickle baybeee thing make me want to puke.

navada · 08/03/2013 18:54

I turn it off. I hate it.

navada · 08/03/2013 18:55

Agree about the Lenor advert. < puke >

Guntie · 08/03/2013 20:26

THE LENOR WOMAN MAKES ME WANT TO MURDER THROW THE TV AT THE WALL On what planet does she think she sounds cutsie?!

sydlexic · 08/03/2013 20:35

Bad advert but a good idea.

ScarletLady02 · 08/03/2013 20:39

The Lenor woman is damn annoying...thought it was just me.

Hate the Barclays ad also...
