We decorated our bedroom last September - there is a wallpaper feature wall behind our bed and the other walls are painted. Unfortunately the paint didn't dry the colour I wanted (was nice in the tin and tester sample, but overall looks a lot lighter on 3 walls) and by the time I realised it was too late to re-do and we had to move into the house.
I want to re-paint as it annoys me everday but OH says its too soon and I should just live with it....
So, is it unreasonable to just go out and pick a better colour (and ignore OH)?

Yes, paint it! It will only take a day and it will stop getting on your nerves.

just do it yourself if ye want to. no issue here.

If you don't like it, you don't like it, so just re-paint it.

I've re-painted my living room 3 times in the last year, I just didn't like it the first couple of times.

I would just do it. It won't take long and you'll feel so much better about the room.
I decorated my bedroom two years agonists in a similar style. I have had a different wallpaper stashed under the bed for about a year waiting until it's time to change it.

Well that's clearance enough for me. Can't stand it anymore, every other room in the house turned out perfect and this one really pisses me off. Off to B&Q with your blessing, ta! :)

happy painting!

Re paint, it would annoy me to look at it everyday otherwise.

I've decorated our front room 3 times since October and the colour's still not right You have to be happy with your home, it's where you spend a majority of your time & as pp said, it'll only take a day.
