DP and EXW have now both left the marital home.
The lies are constant. The latest one is continually pretending she has had the home report done.
DP has already paid to have an inhibition lifted which was in his name, and paid the council tax arrears they had. Both he had no idea about until they split and he did a credit check and discovered CCJ's etc. ( none of which he had ANY idea about. She had hidden all the paperwork and notices of legal action)
She agreed to do the home report as she had previously denied access as she was still living in the house.
We have contacted the company she has insisted has done it. They assure us that no report has been complete. But she STILL argues that it has been done and paid for.
I've got pissed off and told DP he needs to just get his finger out and instruct it himself. As we move into a house of our own next month, and his baggage is still hanging around his neck 2 years after he split from EXW.
