To see a doctor about this?

I've had this pain before but it seems worse this time.

I'm mid cycle and think it could be something to do with ovulation, But the pain is like the start of labour (A bit more than period pain but not quite as bad as contractions). This is going to sound really strange but my cervix feels like it's going to come out.

My stomach has gone really bloated too in the last couple of hours. I don't want to be laughed at and told it's just normal ovulation pains, So would love to know if others have this or if you would see a doctor in my position?

It may well be nothing. If you are worried about it though, go to see your doctor. you know your body, if anything has changed or is different there is no harm going to get checked or discuss symptoms.

It has happened before once or twice. Last time it went away after a day or so, That was mid cycle too, That's whats making me think it's ovulation or something related.

I just don't know. I know i don't want an internal - It feels really really tender down there which is also putting me off.

I get this too. I also get very hot and shouty. I've got ovarian cysts

It could just be mid cycle pain.

I get really definite ovulation pains but they are nowhere near my cervix - they are far right or left, just over my hip bone. So if I were you I would definitely get yourself checked out just in case.

Numbum - I keep feeling hot.. but not on my skin IYGM?

Bottom - The pains in my abdomen are one sided - On the right side. It goes sharper and more painful when i move onto my right foot as i walk. The cervical pains are just strange and hard to describe. It's like tender and like it's being pushed on like when you're in labour.

I've had cysts down there before too, once on my ovary and once in my vagina (Sorry TMI there).

My mittleschmerz has always been in my ovaries: one side or the other, like a pinch.

I would see a doctor.

I have never ever had ovulation pains before - until last period Confused. It was so bad it woke me in the night and I did go to the doctors Blush, she had a prod around and deduced ovulation pains.

Just seemed so weird when I have never ever had pains like that before! I'd go to the docs if it's still painful tomorrow.

I get mid cycle pains. Like a pinching stitch type pain low down and slightly to the right. Also a swollen puffy heavy feeling in the cervix upper vag area. Then some shooting type pain in that area. Can last a couple of days and sometimes very mild sometimes quite intense. Sounds similar. But if its something new and something that is worrying you then it's always worth seeing the doc for reassurance.
