You can.

Bossybritches22 · 04/02/2013 13:04

Just go to the topic list, easy to find all sorts of subjects you didn't know existed!

FlouncingMintyy · 04/02/2013 13:05

I think it should allow you to filter out annoying posters who can't or won't put the whole fucking question in the thread title!!

SPBInDisguise · 04/02/2013 13:06

I think there should be a "me" button. Most of the time I'm searching for my own posts

HecateWhoopass · 04/02/2013 13:12

You can.

It doesn't, however, appear to allow you to search for a specific phrase. Well, it does, but it returns more than that specific phrase. I'd like to see an option for exact phrase.

SPBInDisguise · 04/02/2013 13:13

You can search fr yourself by typing in your nickname. But a tick box would be easier and it could also allow for name changes

EarlyInTheMorning · 04/02/2013 13:26

Okay so say I'm searching for 'potatoes' but I only want results from the 'good housekeeping' topic to avoid all the baby feeding threads. Is that possible?

OP posts:
oldraver · 04/02/2013 13:31

Yes you need to click the 'choose topics' button

DeDevilTail · 04/02/2013 13:33

Yes. Put 'potatoes' in the search boxs and then scroll down and click 'select topics'. A list of all the topics will appear so you can choose just 'good housekeeping' or whatever specific topics you want to search.

Gotcha!! Thank you!!

FlouncingMintyy, I'll filter myself out now that I got my answer. Sorry to be so annoying BlushBlushBlushBlushBlushBlush
