AIBU to be feeling this crappy? *pointless rant alert*

So last night I got random crippling back pain. It was literally as bad as labour and came out of nowhere. Thinking it was my Sciatica kicking off I took some painkillers and tried to sleep it off (it abated after an hour or so, by which time I was pale and shivery, almost in shock with the pain). I made an appointment at the Drs this morning and it turns out I have a bloody UTI/kidney infection

I feel all weak and ill and sore and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

i would do the following: have a nice hot bath, eat copious amounts of chocolate and watch some good tv :-) apparently ricky gervais's new tv 'Dereck' is on tonight. wish you better,

Ooh nooo. Poor you. I had one like that once, I ended up at A&E thinking my coil had dislodged (was juat a few weeks after having it in). Felt when it was 'just' a uti.

I completely terrified DH last night as I was shrieking and panting in pain, he was running around trying to help bless him. He's had a kidney stone before and said that's what he thought it was. I'm hoping it's not, can they start like this? If the pain had gone on much longer I was going to go to A&E.

Oh and thanks for the sympathy, I thought I was going to get told to piss off (pun intended) and "woman" up
