How to stop Mumsnet emails

How can I stop receiving all the Mumsnet emails.

seriously though, if you mean the Round-up, Swears by etc. you just click "unsubscribe" that is written at the top of each email.

i only seem to get ones when i have a post deleted - and not every time, at that. its ok. i don't read them.
