To be annoyed about this motorbike?

I live near a park and there is a road that leads into it that goes past my house.
There is somebody driving up and down this road on a motorbike type thing, (can't see exactly what as its dark) Its getting right on my nerves, it's been revving for the last half hour.
WIBU to call 101? It's a public road but he's driving up and down, up and down, up and down. Rev rev rev.
Am I overreacting, should I just turn the TV louder and try to ignore?

We used to have a similar problem down our way for a while, it is fucking annoying.

But I don't think it's enough to call the police, unless they're still at it at 12/1 am.

Half an hour isn't very long.

I can't understand why they wouldn't go somewhere with their petrol money, it can't be that interesting go up/down up/down, unless they're youngsters?
