tesco crap again

Tesco due to deliver today. I half expected a call saying they couldn't deliver, but no message.

I logged on to see what was happening and my order said 'delivered', clearly it hadn't been.

Called customer service and apparently the duty manager has cancelled all deliveries.

It is no longer snowing here, the road was clear when I drove it this morning and again when I drove home (pass the town on the motorway).

Delivery slot was 2-4pm, so why couldn't they contact me?

That is crap. Make sure they haven't held on to your money for your undelivered shopping.

It's happened a few times to me. One of the call centre staff told me that 'delivered' on the orders bit of website means nothing-it is displayed automatically on the day of delivery. If you make a fuss about inconvenience they may give you a voucher for £5 or £10 off. And yes it's a pain. I've noticed they allow you to rebook but then don't have any slots for the next few days!

And they will have taken your money too, bastards

If they are like ASDA they will have kept your money!!!!!!!!!!
