cleaner has put rates up to£11 an hour, because of increased transport costs
Babysitter, qualified, from nursery is £10 an hour

How is that right?

Is she getting paid cash in hand....if so I would be inclined to refuse or change cleaner! I don't see any need for a cleaner to get paid more than ?10 an hour! I would think it was quite cheeky to ask for more!

Depends what the babysitter is doing, if they are watching the telly while the baby sleeps then they will be cheeper than a cleaner who will be working for the whole hour
